For over 400 years, we have been cultivating the land and for almost as long we have been producing extra virgin olive oil.
Since ancient times, olive oil has been thought of with great respect; even then, it was called “GREEN GOLD”. 
A large part of the farm is situated on the hill called “The Hill of Gold”, and this is very significant in establishing the quality of our products. 
For many years, we have been using cultivation methodologies that fully respect Nature and the Land.
For more than ten years our farm “Tenuta Campomaggiore” has been using a controlled and certified organic cultivation and during this period we have rediscovered the working methods and productive culture of our ancestors, experimenting with solutions for new production systems for foodstuffs that are healthy and suitable for human consumption, just like things used to be!
Our mission:
To cultivate the land without exploiting it, treating it with respect and supporting, or rather collaborating with Nature, the Environment and the Land, without creating competition for survival between all the elements required to produce the best DOP Umbria, Assisi-Spoleto hills, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 
Organic agriculture means developing a production model that avoids the excessive exploitation of natural resources, especially the soil, the water and the air, but that instead uses such resources within a development model that can last over time, exclusively using completely natural phytosanitary and adequate fertilisers and techniques.
